About the event
Get ready for a spicy good time!
We’ll be roasting hundreds of bushels of authentic Hatch Chiles straight from New Mexico over this two‑day event. Preorders will be available soon, so keep an eye out!
Peppers will be sold by the ½ bushel, roasted or unroasted, depending on how you like to heat things up.
Just need a little? We’ll have 1‑pound pre‑packaged roasted chiles and a great selection of canned Hatch goodies to fill your pantry.
Come for the peppers, stay for the food trucks, drinks, music, seasonal décor, and community fun.
